当社は創業以来、病院の手術で使用される医療用縫合針、針付縫合糸を供給しております。
針を製造する機械は世の中で販売されておらず、当社の製造機械の殆どが社内で設計開発されたものです。
多くの実験・試作を繰り返し、現在の製法、製造技術、商品へと至りました。
しかし産業や社会構造の変化、技術革新は、目まぐるしく変化しております。
従来の考え方や慣習にとらわれず、さらなるチャレンジを続けていくことが必要だと考えます。

We have been supplying suture needles used in hospital surgery for many years. We strive every day to reduce needle penetration resistance and ensure strength, which is strongly requested by doctors. In particular, we have been supplying sterilization treatment to prevent infection to patients and products that assuredly guarantee the maintenance of the aseptic condition. We take on the challenge of technologies that are considered impossible and aim to develop, manufacture, and sell world-class, better, and more useful products that are inimitable anywhere else.

製造工程においては、人による匠の技を、最新鋭の微細加工設備を投入し、品質controlしています。
In the manufacturing process, We incorporate state-of-the-art microfabrication equipment, and quality is controlled by craftsmanship.
縫合針の最終検査においては、人の眼による全数checkが行われます。
In the final inspection of the suture needle, all of them are visually inspected by craftsmen.
完成製品においては、管理された作業環境下で 一品一品 人の眼と技が駆使され製品化されます。
The finished product is commercialized in a controlled work environment, making full use of the eyes and skills of craftsmen.
